and (also for anyone else who's still wondering) the japanese means, "on wings of steel...I want to fly away to the other side of the door." inspired by allll the jrock songs i've ever heard that include the words hagane and tsubasa (and/or sora) in the same line, which always gives me such ridiculous ideas of automail-winged Ed fluttering about that i just had to give in and draw him.
